Therefore, we do offer exchanges for items of the same value within 3 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all exchanges.

We will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or appropriate solution. Proof of purchase will be required for any such claims.
